what you need
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 pkg. ranch dip mix
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
make it
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks and boil until soft.
3. While potatoes are boiling, combine the ranch mix, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar in large mixing bowl.
4. Drain cooked potatoes and add to ranch mixture. Smash all ingrediets and mix well.
5. Transfer to a glass baking pan, top with remaining shredded cheddar and bake 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
