what you need
- 4 big pieces chicken (with bones and skin)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 medium cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. pasta sauce
- Olive oil, Spanish paprika, crushed pepper flakes, hot sauce, salt & pepper
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 can chicken stock (or 1 1/2 glass of water)
make it
First on high heat cook chicken with olive oil until it's brown. Then move the chicken and put the onion. After the onion is softened put the garlic. After that put the sauce, the paprika, crushed pepper flakes, hot sauce and salt & pepper as much as you want. Then put in there the wine and chicken stock, place the chicken pieces.
Turn the heat down on medium low and let it cook for about 40 minutes or until you see the chicken is done and it's only a little liquid in the bottom of the pan. Serve it hot over the rice.
Notes
You can also cook this dish in the oven, covered with aluminum foil in 450.
You can also serve this dish with mashed potatoes, French fries or mixed vegetables.
