what you need
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 8 oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small can diced jalapenos or green chilies (depending on how hot you like it)
make it
1. Drain corn.
2. Mix all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl; cover.
3. Microwave on high 3-6 minutes.
Notes
This recipe is always a hit! Sometimes I substitute the plain corn for mexicali corn with bell peppers, it adds extra color!
