what you need
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 unbaked, 9-inch pie crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together in a large bowl. Add pumpkin and next 4 ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Notes
I also make this pie with fresh pumpkin and turns out good.
Also I have used Splenda instead of sugar and it was just as good as the one with sugar.
