what you need
- 8 pork chops
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
make it
Brown chops seasoned with salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream, soup, mushrooms and water. Mix in potatoes. Put in casserole dish. Put chops on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
