what you need
- 20 lb Turkey
- 1 large Reynolds cooking bag
- 1 cup orange juice
make it
Cook turkey upside down in a large Reynolds cooking bag. White meat is so moist cooked in brown meat fats that drain down.
Throw in a cup of orange juice to cook with it in the bag. The juices for gravy are enhanced by cooked orange juice. Stuffed or not the meat is awesome and so is the gravy!
