Maple Toffee Cheesecake Cups

what you need
- 12 – ¼” thick x 2” wide sugar cookie dough (store bought)
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- ¼ Heath Bar Chocolate Toffee Bits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Paper line 12 muffin cups. Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup.
Bake 10-14 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.
Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup and brown sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 4 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in the cup. Sprinkle toffee chips over each cream cheese cup
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
