what you need
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar and more to roll cookies in
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
make it
• In a mixing bowl mix cookies, pecans, confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup and bourbon.
• Scoop out mixture and roll into balls - roll in confectioners' sugar.
• Place in airtight container for 12 hours for flavors to develop.
