Hamburger Potato Casserole

what you need
- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- Great Value instant mashed potatoes (follow directions for 10 servings)
- 2 boxes Stove Top Chicken Flavored Stuffing
- 8 slices Kraft American Cheese
- Homemade white or brown gravy (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef and drain well. Prepare instant mashed potatoes and stuffing as directed.
Mix prepared mashed potatoes, ground beef, and 3/4 of the prepared stuffing together in a large bowl or pan.
Place mixture into an oven safe glass baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Place slices of cheese over stuffing.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and serve alone or topped with some homemade white or brown gravy.
Notes
This is great served with green beans as a side and cresent rolls.
