what you need
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 jar Old English cheese
- 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pkg. Lenders onion bagels
make it
Heat beer on medium heat till starts to bubble and fizz. Soften Old English cheese and cream cheese and add to beer. Stir till melted, then add garlic salt and stir.
Toast 3 bagels in toaster or oven on 350°F for about ten minutes. Tear toasted bagels apart and dip into fondue.
Notes
You can use any kind of bread if you like, rye works good as well. However I would suggest toasting it as well.
