what you need
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. melted butter
- 3 center cut salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- For sauce:
- 2 tsp. salsa
- 1/4 cup sundried tomato in olive oil, chopped
- 2 tsp. fat free sour cream
make it
Mix all items from salt through butter. Pour on the fillets. Mix breadcrumbs and hazelnuts. Sprinkle on the fillets, equally dividing them.
Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350F for 25 - 30 minutes.
Meanwhile make sauce. Blend salsa with sundried tomato. Stir in sour cream. Serve with fish.
