what you need
- 1 lb. baby spinach
- 3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
make it
In a large bowl, combine spinach with toasted almonds and cranberries.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and olive oil. Toss with spinach just before serving.

I got this recipe from the Manous family who made it for the school I work at and now I make it myself. VERY delicious. Everybody wants the recipe.
