what you need
- 1 pound Kraft Velveeta Cheese (or Mexican mild or hot)
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel
- A few slices jalapenos (if desired)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (sage, regular or hot)
make it
Prepare on medium heat in a crock-pot the following:
Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Cream of mushroom soup
Ro*Tel
Jalapenos (if desired)
1 cup milk (may add more later to thin cheese dip if needed)
Then on medium heat crumble and fry breakfast sausage until well done. Then drain any grease and add sausage into dip mixture in crock-pot.
Stir often and watch closely to avoid scorching.
Notes
This is great on a plate of lettuce. Then add chips then scoop on the dip!
