what you need
- 1 small bag peppermint candies (red & white)
- 1 tube white cookie decorating frosting
- 1 box White Fudge Covered Oreo Cookies
make it
1) Simply crush the peppermint candies down to a fine powder with flakes.
2) Put a thin layer of white cookie decorating Frosting on the top of each White Fudge Covered Oreo Cookie.
3) Dip the frosted cookie top in the crushed peppermint candies.

In trying to come up with a fast, bake-free cookie for a recent Christmas cookie exchange, I thought up this idea. It's very easy, and looks really pretty on a cookie tray! I like to keep them refrigerated because I like the cool mint taste.
