what you need
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups pecans
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 8 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- ICING
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 8 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa

Beat eggs well by hand. Then in order add other cake ingredients.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F.
Cover entire cake with mini marshmallows while still hot*. Mix together icing ingredients, ice cake and enjoy.
Notes
*After you put the marshmallows on the cake you can put the cake back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows melt.
