Crispy Fried Fish with Tartar Sauce

what you need
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed fine
- 1 lb. Tilapia or catfish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- For Tartar sauce
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season butter milk with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. In a similar dish keep ready the crushed RITZ Reduced fat Crackers. Coat fish fillets with seasoned butter milk and then coat them well with crushed crackers.
Heat butter and oil together in a non-stick pan. Then shallow fry the fillets approximately 5 minutes on each side till the crust is golden brown and fish is cooked through.
To prepare the Tartar Sauce, mix all ingredients until well combined. Serve with steamed veggies to make it a complete meal.

I love to experiment. This was the result of one of my experiments to come up with something to please my toddler. She loved it!
