Four Ingredient Millionaire Pie

what you need
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, soften
- 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
make it
Cream the sugar with the cream cheese. Add well drained pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
Place in pie shell.
Refrigerate several hours, serve cold.
Notes
The pie crust can be either homemade or store bought kind. I have a hard time finding 15 oz. cans of crushed pineapple so I get the closest larger size then fill the pie crust and put the rest in small parfit cups to serve as a dessert.
