what you need
- 2 10" flour tortilla (230 cals. each)
- 6 tablespoons reduced sodium spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup broccoli, frozen florets
- 8 medium size mushrooms
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 ounce part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cup tossed green salad
- 2 tablespoon salad dressing, fat-free any flavor
make it
Preheat broiler. Lay tortilla out on a cookie sheet lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Spread spaghetti sauce onto tortilla; sprinkle with basil and oregano.
Place bite-size broccoli florets in a microwave-safe dish; cover and cook for 2 minutes on high or until tender; drain. Wash and slice mushrooms and onion. Place broccoli, mushrooms and half of the onion on tortilla as desired. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and begins to brown. Cut pizza into wedges or fold over, as desired, and serve with salad. Assemble salad while the pizza is baking with a variety of washed salad greens and vegetables, and toss with your favorite fat free salad dressing.
