what you need
- Cake:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 box (3 oz.) Lemon Jell-O
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- Lemon juice mixture:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
make it
Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in a greased 13x9x1/2-inch cake pan for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
While baking, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Immediately when cake is done, prick with toothpick or fork and pour lemon juice mixture over cake. Serve hot or cold.
