Easy Mexican Casserole with Tortillas

what you need
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- A dash of garlic salt
- 1 small can of diced green chilies
- 1 can Mexi-corn
- 1 regular can stewed tomatoes
- 1 regular can pinto beans
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- A dash of salt
- 1-1.1 cups shredded Mexican cheese - for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dice onion and put in a medium skillet on medium-high. Add ground beef and garlic salt. Cook until brown. Drain ground beef.
Pour ground beef and all other ingredients in a 2 qt. round casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together (make sure while mixing you cut up the tomato).
Put casserole dish in preheated oven uncovered for 50 minutes. Add cheese to top of casserole and bake for another 10 minutes. Finished!! :)
Notes
This recipe is really good with warm flour tortillas with butter on them or even made as burritos!
