- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cans (14-15 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz.) white beans
- Nonstick cooking spray
make it
Chop cooked chicken breasts.
Spray a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chopped onion with frozen peas and carrots, stirring constantly until they are softened.
Add chopped chicken breast, chicken broth and white beans; cook until heated.
Notes
Have not figured out the exact calorie count, but lowfat and low calorie. Very delicious!
