what you need
- 1 to 2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 to 6 boneless 3/4" to 1" pork chops
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can pork gravy
- 1 package sliced mushrooms (optional)
make it
Make a rub with seasoning salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Rub onto pork chops. Melt butter or margarine in pan and brown pork chops till very brown. Remove pork chops and place in crock-pot/slow cooker.
Add cream of mushroom soup and gravy to pan and stir with wire whisk to get all the bits of pork off the bottom of pan. Place mushrooms on top of pork chops and then cover with gravy mixture.
Cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
Notes
This is such an easy recipe and delicious too. The pork chops come out very tender and fall apart. It's one of my family favorites.
