Low Fat Green Chili Chicken Pie

what you need
- 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 can low fat milk
- 2 Tbsp. low fat margarine
- 1 can drained carrots
- 1 can drained peas
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 can drained corn
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 4 ounces Kraft 2% Grated Cheese
- 4 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 3 whole wheat tortillas

Mix all the ingredients in order in a large bowl except the tortillas.
Pour the mixture into a 9x12-inch pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then cut the tortillas into triangle pieces and place on top of this mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
This is a great fast dish and can be low fat or fattened up if using butter, regular cheddar cheese, whole milk, and fat tortillas.
