what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Ziploc bag finely crushed cornflake crumbs
make it
Dip chicken in bowl of water and oil, place in baggie of crumbs and shake well.
Lay on cookie/pizza sheet lined with nonstick aluminum foil.
Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Notes
Delicious crunchy crusted chicken as good as the "colonels", but not fried.
