what you need
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) seasoned tomato sauce for meatloaf, divided
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley

Combine and mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, and half the sauce for meatloaf. Divide meat mixture into 8 equal portions forming each into a 4 1/2" x 2" x 1" loaf. Place on a large baking pan.
Combine and mix remaining seasoned tomato sauce, brown sugar, and parsley; set aside.
Bake in preheated oven at 400° uncovered, for 20 minutes; drain. Spoon remaining mixture over loaves; bake 10 minutes longer.
