Quick Chicken Tortilla Soup

what you need
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup instant white rice
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 2 cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips for topping

Fully cook and brown chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes.
In a large pot, combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Top with cheese and tortilla chips.
