what you need
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpous flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of butter, melted
make it
Mix first three ingredients well in medium sized bowl.
Beat eggs in a small bowl until they are a little bit foamy. Mix in melted butter. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes in a greased mini muffin pan. Take out of pan while still warm.
