what you need
- 1 box regular brownie mix (or your favorite mix)
- 20+ Oreo Mint Cookies, divided
- 1 tub vanilla or chocolate frosting
make it
Mix brownies as directed on box. Mix in about ten (10) coarsely crushed Oreo Cookies.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake as directed on the box.
When brownies are done and cooled frost with the frosting and then sprinkle with the rest of the Oreos. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
To crush the Oreo Cookies, place in a Ziploc bag and then roll a rolling pin over the Oreos till crushed.

Place in a pampered chef food chopper (or kitchen aid) and chop till crushed.
