what you need
- 1 pound salad shrimp
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 large radishes
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 large Serrano chili or 1/2 habanero
- 1 large Haas avocado
- 2 small limes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper
make it
Rinse shrimp and put it in a mixing bowl.
Dice the onion, cucumber, radishes, celery and chili. Add to mixing bowl. Cut avocados in small pieces and add last to mixing bowl.
Squeeze lime juice on top. Add garlic salt, salt & pepper. Mix all together. Eat with tortilla chips and enjoy.
Notes
The longer salsa is refrigerated the spicier chili will be. Add whole habanero for extra spiciness.
