what you need
- 2 bottles (2 liter each) ginger ale or 7UP
- 1/2 gallon flavored sherbet (raspberry, lime or orange are all good and you can select the color to fit in with your party theme)
make it
Chill ginger ale.
When ready to serve, slowly pour ginger ale over the sherbet. (Slowly is important to avoid a lot of foaming bubbles!)
Notes
Makes a wonderful creamy punch!!!
Friends keep coming back for more.
Usually serve veggies and dip, along with crackers and cheese.
Probably fresh fruit and dip would also be good to serve.
