what you need
- 2 boxes Kraft Mac and Cheese
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon filets
- 1 medium red onion, chunked
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon or 1 small lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Prepare two packages of Kraft Mac and Cheese as directed. Set aside.
Saute salmon filets, red onion, red and green peppers in olive oil in a frying pan until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are firm yet cooked. Season pan contents with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Add salmon and vegetables to pot of mac and cheese (breaking salmon into pieces). Stir gently, serve warm.
