what you need
- 1 lb. chicken boneless breasts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon (for the juice)
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
make it
Season chicken with garlic salt, pepper and paprika. Heat a 12-inch skillet and pour olive oil in skillet to coat the bottom. Cook chicken over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Turn up heat and add chicken broth, lemon and dill. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 minutes or until liquid has reduced by half. Flip chicken at least once. Serve hot!
