what you need
- 1 package (8 oz.) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened*
- 2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped (use a bit of the tops)
- 2/3 cup grated cucumber (drain off the juice – I usually take the grated cucumber in my hand and squeeze the juice out)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Accent seasoning
make it
Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature so it's easier to work with. Mix all of the ingredients together.
Chill approx. 1 hour for best taste.
Serve with toasted baguettes, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
*You can easily use the 1/3 less fat version of the cream cheese and it still tastes great.
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.
This is a refreshing dip for a hot summer day! Perfect for BBQs, picnics, weddings, baby showers, office potlucks, etc. I always receive numerous compliments on this recipe. And the bowl is always completely empty within the first 30 minutes of the dip being served. It's definitely a crowd-pleaser!
