what you need
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cans northern beans
- 2 cans chick peas/ garbanzos beans
- 5 tsp. cumin powder
make it
Cook chicken until no longer pink. In a large pot add northern beans, chick peas, cumin and chicken. Do NOT drain the beans.
* To make a more spicy chili you can add 2 Tbsp. chili pepper.
* I like to add Kraft Cheddar Cheese and sour cream to mine when serving or oyster crackers.
Notes
This is a cheap easy meal. I have made it with and without the chicken and it tastes great either way.
