Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple

what you need
- 2 thawed boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped portobello mushroom
make it
Place thawed chicken in a casserole dish.
Top with marinade, pineapple and mushrooms.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Notes
This dish can be served over rice or pasta.
If you are in a hurry, I have used Dole's pineapple fruit cups which contain pre-sliced pineapple. It's delicious!
