what you need
- 3 lb. chicken wings (separated with wing tip discarded)
- Deep Fryer with your choice of fat (we use peanut oil)
- 1 bottle KRAFT Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) Tabasco sauce
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- Celery Sticks
- Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing
make it
Prepare your chicken wings by cooking them in the grease until they are crispy and the right temperature on the inside. Drain all the extra fat off. Place the cooked wings into a large, clean bowl.
While cooking the wings, in a 2 qt. saucepan combine the other 3 ingredients on low-medium heat until well blended. Once blended, pour the sauce over the wings and stir to coat evenly.
Place wings in a foil lined baking pan and bake in the oven @ 400 degrees until the sauce becomes glossy and sticky in texture, about 10-15 minutes. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
Reynold's Release Foil works great with the baking step.
Sauce is also great on baby back ribs!
