what you need
- 2 lb. breakfast sausage
- 6 medium potatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 12 eggs
- Flour
- Milk
- Water

Scramble sausage until done, drain, and set aside sausage and drippings (hold for gravy).
Pan fry potatoes salt and pepper to taste. When potatoes are near done add back half of sausage. Add raw eggs mixed for scrambling. Cook to desired doneness.
Use remaining drippings to make gravy with flour, milk, and water. When gravy is right add remaining sausage.
Notes
Serve hot gravy is excellent over egg potato sausage mix. We serve this recipe at family campouts.
