what you need
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam (no seeds)
- 1 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (option: 2 teaspoons honey)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
make it
Heat sauce pan on medium to high heat. Stir in all ingredients except garlic. While heating sauce, whisk until blended. Turn to low heat once the jam is dissolved.
Cut garlic cloves in half and allow to seep in sauce. Let sit for 5 minutes then turn off heat.
Once sauce is cooled put in air tight container to be used the next day.
Notes
Great with chicken or pork.
Double ingredients to taste if serving more than two.
