what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef, chicken, or steak*
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 package powder taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 package (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped onion
- 2-3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 jar salsa
make it
Brown ground beef; drain grease. While browning beef, bake crescent rolls flat in a casserole dish (9x5) according to package directions.
After meat is cooked and drained, add taco seasoning, mix well.
When the crescent crust is golden brown remove from oven. Spread refried beans on top of crescent crust, next layer is meat, then cheese. Bake casserole a few minutes until cheese is melted.
Cut into squares. Serve buffet style. Put all the toppings you like!
Notes
*Switching out beef for chicken is a lot less fat.
Baking stones work the best!
You can switch all ingredients according to your taste buds!!!
