what you need
- Pie Crust:
- 1/4 stick butter/margarine
- 8 - 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
make it
For Pie Crust:
Melt butter in microwave safe pie dish. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix together. Press into pie dish to make pie crust. Bake in microwave for 90 sec. on high. Set aside and let cool while making filling.
For Filling:
Mix with electric mixer, cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in sour cream. Pour into baked graham cracker crust.
Microwave 7 minutes on power level 7. If center is still 'jiggly' bake up to 3 minutes more, at 1 minute intervals. Cool 2 hours before serving.
