what you need
- 2 cups onions, diced
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 3 pints tomatoes, stewed (canned or frozen)
- 32 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. white vinegar
- 3 or 4 cups hot peppers, diced, use all seeds
make it
Simmer all ingredients 30-45 minutes, or until thick.
Ladle into pint jars, seal and invert under dry towels.
