what you need
- 1 box (10 ounce) frozen spinach
- 1 Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (8 ounce) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 loaf sourdough or Hawaiian bread
make it
Prepare the spinach as directed on the back of the box. Drain well and let it cool.
Mix ingredients well. Chill dip at least two hours.
Hollow out a round Hawaiian bread loaf and fill with the dip. Cut the middle section of the bread into squares and place around the dip instead of crackers.
