what you need
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2/3 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
- 4-6 drops dill pickle juice
- 2-4 shakes chili powder
- 1 box crackers
- Fillet of smoked salmon
make it
Stir Italian seasoning and lemon and pepper seasoning into cream cheese until well blended.
Then add dill pickle juice and chili powder to taste.
Top each cracker with dip and add bit of salmon on top.
Notes
If the dip is too firm, add one tablespoon, at a time, of milk to create more of a creamy dip. Also, instead of dill pickle juice, add dill weed for an extra kick.
