what you need
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 (4-6 oz.) salmon filets
make it
Add all of the ingredients into a large Ziploc bag.
Salt and pepper the salmon and add to the bag with the marinade. Gently shake the bag to cover all of the salmon. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
Grill salmon on medium high heat or in a pan on medium high heat about 7 minutes per side, or as you like it.
Notes
This is an awsome recipe and I love the flavor. It's great with meatier fish and not so great with milder fish.
Sesame oil is very strong so be careful to measure.
