what you need
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 Tbsp. vinegar (preferably white balsamic)
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese and/or 1 pkg. shredded parmesan cheese
- 6-8 pieces bacon, crumbled and cooked

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and sugar (thin mixture with small amount of vinegar or milk to be "drizzle" consistency). In another small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and vinegar.
To Assemble: In a large salad bowl, make three alternating layers as follows: lettuce, celery, onion, cheese(s), bacon, and sour cream/sugar mixture. Top with the mayonnaise/vinegar mixture. Garnish with additional cheese and crumbled bacon.
Refrigerate 4-6 hours, or until chilled.
Notes
This salad is gorgeous in a clear glass trifle dish!
For added color, add red Boston lettuce and/or red onion.
