what you need
- 1 box tri-color rotini noodles
- 1-2 medium cucumbers
- 1-2 bell peppers any color
- 12-14 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium SWEET onion
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT Italian Dressing (House or Light Done Right)
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper

Cook rotini according to package directions. While cooking, peel and slice cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and onion. Drain rotini and rinse well with very COLD water to stop cooking. DRAIN WELL!
Place drained noodles and prepared vegetables in large bowl. Add ENTIRE bottle of dressing. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Toss and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. (If you have any)
Notes
*Substitute Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing if preferred.
*For a little extra zing, use ZESTY Italian instead of House Italian, and substitute minced garlic for garlic powder.
*Extra garden veggies can be added....such as shredded carrots, mushrooms and radishes if desired.
