what you need
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Shredded cheese of choice
make it
Mix ground beef with chopped onion, spread in bottom of 8" x 12" casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine soups and spread over meat. Place layer of tater tots over soup.
Bake at 425°F for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
