Chicken Enchiladas with White Sauce

what you need
- 2 cans (13 oz. each) chicken breast in water, drained
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
make it
Combine chicken, chilies, salsa and cheese. Place mixture in tortillas and roll.
Place seam side down in 9x13-inch pan. Pour heavy whipping cream over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
The heavy whipping cream turns into an incredible thick white sauce over these enchiladas!
You may sprinkle cheese over the top instead of using inside enchiladas.
