Quick 'n Easy Chicken Pot Pie

what you need
- 2 frozen pie shells
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken (I boiled mine)
- 1 can diced potatoes
- 1 can sweet peas
- 5 carrots, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Take pie shells out of freezer, separate, lay one pie shell flat, leaving the other in the pie pan, and thaw for 10 minutes.
Mix chicken, potatoes, peas, carrots, milk and soup in large mixing bowl. Pour into pie shell; top with flattened pie shell. Pinch edges together and poke holes in top crust.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until crusts are done.
Notes
For a quicker meal, feel free to use a bag of frozen mixed veggies.
