Angel's Meatloaf - The Easy Way!

what you need
- 2 lb. lean ground beef (always only the best & lean that's available)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken - (or lots of crushed up crackers for less calories & healthier!)
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten (or maybe 1 egg- if you prefer- less calories & healthier eating!)
- Salt & pepper (added just for taste)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided - (or use tomato sauce or ketchup)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients - (except 1/4 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce -- or your chosen substitute of tomato sauce or ketchup), unless you wish to mix this all together & not do any topping on this dish for appearance reasons.
Place and press into your baking dish or pan. Now top off -- if you wish to do so -- with the remaining sauce choice.
BAKE 1 hour + 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through - If you have a meat thermometer = 160ºF. *Until no pink is visible.

Serve with these foods (suggestions):
Baked potato made from your handy microwave = 7-8 minutes
Perhaps you would rather choose to serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes (gravy is optional)
Steamed seasoned vegetable, such as broccoli or peas & carrots
*Use a touch of garlic and make your veggies really tasty!
Substitute: ketchup for the barbecue sauce or seasoned tomato sauce. There will be less calories and it’s very tasty too!
